More photos of Dan at our senior dance in Arlington, the night of his 103rd birthday dance. This is the only way I was able to share, as I can't download them. I hope they bring a smile to your face. Dan was very much loved at the senior dances I attended for the last 8 years. His spunk to keep dancing even from his walker was an inspiration to many to not give up dancing even if it was only to sway, or clap your hands in time to the music. He showed us how important it is to FEEL the music as long as we possibly can, as that is, in a way, much needed medicine for as long as we can hear. He shared the chapter of his life that he lived in WWII through his daily logs, notes, photos and newspaper articles. For his last birthday I gave him a daily ledger book for the year 2020, not know then what that year had in store for all our lives we lived on this earth. I know he is now dancing in the clouds, with nothing to hold him back! Here is a video I took with my cell phone at his 103rd birthday dance at Arlington TX on Feb 11, 2020. https://www.facebook.com/ronnie.nash.904/videos/221777185508179 May you all find comfort in his memories. Dan was very loved and admired at our senior dances. In WW2 he flew many combat missions over Germany. We referred to him as "Dan the Man!" A true gentleman and American hero!! Ron and Eunice
