Jo Ann worked in the church nursery with my wife, Judy, at East Meadows Baptist Church for many years. She and Judy became good friends. When Jo Ann was church receptionist she would call me on occasions to help with computer questions. I got to know her through that effort. Jo Ann and her husband, Dick, were very friendly to my children. Janey and Steve. Janey worked with Jo Ann one summer during high school and Steve and Dick were good friends at church. Jo Ann was very friendly to other people. She was very competent in handling church business. She will be missed.
I told Janey and Steve about Jo Ann's passing and they expressed their sympathy.

Jo Ann was a sweet loving friend to me and our Winsome Sunday school class at First Baptist Church Arlington. She loved her Lord and Savior and showed it by her love to her friends. I know she received many blessings while serving at Mission Arlington. Her smiling face and just her presence will be missed by everyone who knew her.
In my memory forever—Gloria
