Joe was my Buddy. He was such a nice and pleasant gentleman. Our friendship began through his Umpiring days with the COA Parks & Recreation many years ago. I always looked forward to deer season. Why? Joe made the BEST & Hottest deer sausage balls, which he delivered to me, and others, at my PARD office. I always enjoyed our visits. I will miss him.
My sympathies to Lisa and the entire Sadler Family.
Ruth Keith.

Thank you so much for your kind words about my dad. He always spoke fondly of you. And yes, he did make the best sausage balls. I have tried to duplicate them, but can't even come close. Thanks again. Lisa
