What a beautiful service!! Wish I could have been there in person to give hugs, but it was so wonderful to hear all the details of his life that I hadn't known. Brought back so many fun memories of our families hanging out together. Nights of miniature golf, El Fenix and Polar Bear ice cream (I think that was the name?!?). We will be praying for you guys as you mourn and rejoice at the same time. I'm sure my Daddy was excited to see him arrive and they're probably singing a duet!! Take care and sending love your way!

David and I were glad to be able to watch the livestream of the lovely celebration of JA's life. What wonderful tributes from his children and grandchildren! To Wayne, Linda, and the extended family, we offer our condolences and pray that God will bring peace to your hearts.
We admired JA and considered him a good friend from the time we met him in the choir of First UMC. Before Christmas, in 2019, a small group of choir people went to visit him at Town Hall Estates and as we sang some Christmas carols, he joined in with a strong, clear voice! We imagine him now, giving a boost to the tenor section of the heavenly chorus. May eternal light shine upon you, JA!
