My friendship was about as close as they come. Over the last 30 or so years we've worked and played together all over the metroplex and Europe. He loved music from the bottom of his heart and would always try to open my mind to different bands to help make me a more well-rounded musician. From the moment I got him his first computer, he discovered a whole world of friends online that turned out to be actual friends. He would tell you that his life would not be as enriched if not for the kindness and generosity of others. When he was young he was a real scrapper and got so much joy out of playing pool and being obnoxious. After years went by his joy came from telling stories and entertaining anyone who would listen. He loved just about everyone that he came in contact with and would help in any way that he could. He always has great plans and only knew one method of trying to achieve them...swing for the fences. I miss him dearly and nothing has been, or ever will be the same.
