The way she laughed when walking in a room , no matter what she smiled regardless of who, what, when or where ! When she was in like 2nd grade she would come knock on the door and ask for Angelique but needed up playing football because Julian was having his sisters stand there like they were the opponents so melody gladly joined in and stood there too ! When she found out she was pregnant with Leonna she was so happy and said I’m pregnant I’m big Hungary Hungary . The way she would sit in front of the mirror listen to music wiggle around as she sat there and did her eyebrows (if you knew Mel you knew those eyebrows were OFF limits ) Leonna your mommy was such a great person inside and out . We love you Mel Fly high babygirl❤️

melody called me a few days before her passing told me she was gonna come over and I was just checking on her making sure she was okay and she knew I loved her . I just had my baby boy and she gave me the most encouraging advice throughout my whole pregnancy . How being a mother is the best thing that’s ever happened to her . The first time she met My baby he was her “little bean” :) fly high Willis

Melody & I and my siblings used to hang out all day every day. We would explore everything in our neighborhood. We’d have endless sleepovers, laughs, jokes and love. She’d take home every tshirt we would let her borrow. She’d joke around with my parents. She was family. She was so funny, loving and an amazing soul. I’ll never forget staying with her mom at the storage building and help her paint and then we would jump the fence to Bailey Junior High and run through the sprinklers on the football field. Renea would get so angry because we would come back soaking wet. She’s gone but for sure will never be forgotten. Fly high sweet mama💕

My Momma Heart would not allow more death this week. (I lost my patient that I was Home Health too) to COVID on
Tuesday and theb a highchool friend had a stroke, and on the way in Ambulance, and had a freaking heart attack in route and she died.
I can normally handle a LOT, but I just could not burry my baby.
I did try the simulcast, but honestly could not watch much.
Way to close to home. love you111111
